HARTFORD, Ark. (AP) — Authorities in Sebastian County have identified a man found shot to death at a home in Hartford.
The sheriff's office says 44-year-old Danny Massey of Hartford was killed in the shooting Sunday night at a home on Arkansas Highway 96. Massey was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was sent to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory for an autopsy.
Authorities say one man was taken into custody and questioned about Massey's death, but he was later released.
No one has been arrested and the fatal shooting remains under investigation.
