Second suspect identified in Lonoke bat beating

The Lonoke Sheriff’s Office is looking for a person suspected of beating an elderly man with a bat last October at a gas station.

I really could careless about the education of either low life. What they did is wrong!! We all have our own thought about the story. Just think if the shoe was on the other foot and it happen to your father, husband, brother, child or anyone close to you. I'm sure you would want justice as much as the next person.

Were you there? Do you know for a fact that these two men were the ones doing it? If not, then you don't know if these two men are the ones that "deserves" the insults. Regardless, an education or lack thereof is not the reason someone would or wouldn't beat someone with a bat.

Well Renee....I really can't remember the last time I saw an assailant with a PhD hit someone while they were down with a baseball bat. I think those kicking the man on the ground deserve more than a little insult, don't you? This looks to me like a well planned attack by cowards that could be considered attempted murder. The victim will certainly have his "nose up in the air" for a long time because he'll be flat on his back with no chance to ever return to a his previous state of health again. Let's get these ciminals off the streets forever. Let's let them play "baseball" behind prison walls.

You guys need to take your nose down out of the air. Do you hav nothing better to do than write comments on stories insulting the education of the people in them? These two men have only been charged, not convicted. Think about that next time you want to share your opinion of what justice should be. What happened to innocent until proven guilty anyways?

Beachbum, these cats probably have 20 years of education each. They think that two years in the 10th grade equal that. What a bunch of losers. Let someone beat the hell out of them with a bat, see how they like it. I'm more than willing to do it.

Nah, here is a couple of Lonoke Co. country hics that failed to finish 8th grade, and have the IQ of a billygoat. Who in their right mind would use a bat on an old man? Nothing like that down here in Grayton Beach, but there is a lot of white-----sand

Here's a couple of real courageous young men. Probably a good thing they had that bat. The aged gentleman probably would have worn them out. They need a little sand in their eyes to feel at home.
