CONWAY, AR – Conway Police are now investigating two incidents where women reported a man coming up to them and asking them to suck their toes.
The first happened to an 83-year-old woman sitting on her porch. According to police, a man walked up to her, told her he liked her feet, and then proceeded to remove her shoe and started sucking on one of her toes. The assailant then asked if he could kiss her. She declined and told the man “you’re crazy.”
The second incident happened last Saturday. A woman shopping at TJ Maxx says a man approached her and told her she had beautiful long toes. The woman’s phone rang and she walked away. Later, the man came up to her again and said he would like to suck her toes.
The second woman describes the man as being in his late 40's - early 50's with salt and pepper hair and a pot belly. He was wearing flip flops, a t-shirt, and blue jeans and reportedly had "messed up toes". The man was between 5'10" - 6'2" tall.
Police tell Fox 16 that this may be the same man from a similar incident nearly 20 years ago in Cabot and Little Rock. Back then, he was referred to as the “Toe Suck Fairy” and was convicted four times of terroristic threatening.
