LITTLE ROCK, AR - On Thursday, the National Weather Service in Little Rock confirmed a 7th tornado from Sunday's severe storms. The latest was a weak, short lived tornado in southern Lonoke County. The EF1 tornado carved out a 3/4 mile path southwest of Coy, AR. The whirlwinds flipped over an irrigation pivot and a number of tree limbs were snapped.

At this time, the strongest tornado was recorded as an EF2 (winds between 111-135 mph) near Thornton and traveled through the northern region of Fordyce. It was on the ground for 19 miles.

The National Weather Service will continue to search today to determine if anymore tornadoes touched down from Sunday's severe weather.
