BENTON, AR – Benton Police are looking for a sex offender who has violated a provision of his release terms and conditions.

Jeremy Clay Thompson, 30, is wanted on a felony warrant for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

Police say they think Thompson is still in the central Arkansas area.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Benton Police Department at 501-778-1171 or 501-315-TIPS.

Let me guess. No room for him so theyh released him? Ever heard of tents and concertina wire and a fully charged fence for containment. Myself as well as many other military personnel over the past 100 years and more lived and now live in tents, why can't criminals. WAIT FOR IT. Cruel and unusual punishment and unsanitary conditions. Only unsanitary if you make and leave it that way. Ever hear of burn barrels? Seems to me there are a lot of people around here that just love to burns things so why can't criminals burn their own waste. Plenty of land that could be bought and atent camp put up that would cost a lot less than adding on to a jail, less than court cost when these thugs come back to jail and a lot less cost for the VICTIMS AND FAMILIES.

Unfortunately, I know of this guy...he has a child with a former co worker of mine...hope someone turns him in.

I've seen that sick pervs face in the slammer magazine...Why didn't they send him back to prison when they arrested him not too long ago? Infuriating.
