SHERIDAN, AR - It's easy to get down and dirty at Wind Song Ranch but it's really a place that's all about getting clean.

"I got on crack cocaine and methamphetamine and I was prostituting on the street," said one recovering addict, Legenia Dillingham.

The Sheridan ranch serves to help addicts like Dillingham get back on their feet.

"I went to many rehabs before I got here," she said. "Nothing worked. This is the only place that ever worked for me."

"I've been here 30 days and I haven't had a cigarette or a drink or a bump," said another recovering addict, Tonya Looper.

But after a Jacksonville fire destroyed building materials slated to be donated to the ranch last weekend, there may not be a place for these people to go for much longer.

"A lot of people don't want to be around addicted personalities," said Ranch administrator Jerry "beau" Parker.

Wind Song Ranch helps twice as many people than the ranch is built to hold and donations like the building materials lost in Friday's fire don't come around often.

"A lot of addicts are just discarded," said Looper. "They're considered a lost cause."

Despite the lack of living conditions Pastor Beau Parker won't turn anyone away.

"I want them to have a family setting," said Parker. "We ride horses with them we play games with them because I want them to do that with their kids when they get home."

The Jacksonville building may be a total loss, but at Wind Song Ranch, there's no such thing as a lost cause.

"It went up in smoke, but our dream is still there," said Parker.

If you are ready to change your life, meet new people, meet great people, meet God, windsong is the place to be. If you are tired of being no good, lying, scamming, you need to go to windsong. As long as I was at windsong my thinking was clear. The pastor is no regular pastor, he taught me how to walk, talk even how to breathe right! I was nothing before windsong.

I have been associated with this program for several years. It has really amazed me repeatedly how successful it has been. Many times I have been a personal witness of people experiencing a complete change. I have seen families restored. Individuals that have never been able to hold down a job, have now had the same job for several years. No one leaves this program without knowing how to make a change in their life. The freedom from addiction reaches much farther than the individual that is in the program though. Children, parents, spouses, siblings and many others all are effected by the change that is made in everyone that completes this program. May God bless this program for many years to come.

This Church is a safe haven for people to be shown the right way of thier actions through Jesus Christ, and Bro. Parker allows this transistion to happen for those who truly are aware of their actions and want to live. I found the Path of Jesus in his church back in 2002 and now have 3 children a loving husband and 3 college degrees woking on my bachelors. I am going to work with children and i truly believe the church is a place for miracles to happen and this church ha had many!! So if you dont believe in miracles!! Then its time to start praying!!

I've known Brother Parker and his wife, Michelle for over 20+ years. I have witnessed long before Windsong Ranch was even around, Bro. Parker helping one person with an addiction after another. Most every time at his own expense. He was my pastor for years and has been a great friend for as long as I've known him. Most people would cringe at the thought of over-coming what the devil has thrown his way. He definitely has one of the best testimonies a man can have about what God can bring you out of. They say that nowadays "no good deed goes unpunished". Well, "bluebell40", whoever you are, you are making yourself a part of that type of society. Unless you have been to Windsong Ranch with an addiction, how can you say they don't help... or they charge too much... or they are ungodly AT ALL?!?!? Jesus had his persecutors as well and I'm sure Brother Parker not responding to your venomous spew is his way of doing what Jesus would have done. Unfortunately for you, I'm not as soft-spoken as Brother Parker and his wife. So, unless you have something positive to say about the people that HAVE been helped, according to many people's testimony, I would suggest you do some soul searching of your own and for the Lord's sake, at least have enough respect to capitalize the "G" in the word God!!! I think he's at least earned that!!!!

If u are tired of crawling in your own skin and serious about getting clean i really seriously cant tell u of a better place to go do it and most important find Jesus, yea its gonna be the hardest thing you have ever, ever done but its there if u want it,i personally could of had my freedom if i completed the program but as an addict i thought i could do it on my own even after the 100 times i tried before with the same result.the truth is preached, holyness is taught,if u want it its there you are away from the world and all its hang ups, sure if u look long and hard at anything! u can find something wrong with it,but i have no reason to lie about what ive seen and been thru there, its just like what AA says,it works if you work it,believe me if bro.parker can love me and see hope he can with anybody, its doesnt matter what u have done or how crazy u are or how much u think u are, been to many rehabs but this by far touches areas in yourself that no others do,dont come unless u are serious cause u will not make it.Rob Mc

Windsong ranch saved my life. If it weren't for Bro and Sis Parker I would never have met God or stayed clean outside of jail. I'm nearly two years delivered, hallelujah. No ones perfect, and I've made some huge mistakes along this road. Going to church and rehab (Windsong Ranch) were not two of them. I pray that God covers this loss-Romans 8:28. In Jesus Name, thanks Bro. Parker.

I dont know who bluebell40 but you are wrong! If it wasnt for Brother and Sister Parker my sisters and I wouldnt have our mother in our lives. Them and Wingsong Ranch have helped my mom and other members of my family, along with many other people. I am very thankful for Wingsong Ranch and all they do. They are a blessing and I dont see how anyone could think or say otherwise,

I'm a mom from Texas who had a son in alot of trouble. In 2011 the District Attorney in the county where I lived agreed to let my son go to Windsong Ranch in Arkansas for 6 months instead of sending him to jail and ruining his otherwise clean "record". I had no idea how wonderful the people there would really turn out to be. I'm a very big fan of Windsong and a strong supporter and advocate for what they are doing. I donate as much as I can as often as I can. And, if God ever gave me a million dollars. . . That's where I would invest it!! If anyone is wanting to give to a God-centered, worthy cause this would be it!!!

When I met my husband he had been in and out of rehabs, including Windsong Ranch, for years. I watched him struggle with his addiction to crack cocaine and felt helpless. You see I was a counselor in a "secular" treatment center and I just couldn't understand why he just couldn't seem to get with a 12 step program and stay "clean", after all I had seen it work for many others for years. But it just didn't work that way for him. After we were married he took me to the church associated with Windsong Ranch and I was amazed at the reception that he received from The Parkers and other members of the church. I came to find out that I didn't just marry a man but I married an annointed man of God that was meant to be behind the pulpit carrying a message of hope and recovery that can only come from Jesus Christ. Many things happened during that marraige and we left the church and he began preaching elsewhere. It wasn't long after that and things began to change. You see the devil got thru and was allowed to destroy what God meant to be. I left the marraige and he left the pulpit. I can say today without a doubt in my mind that God wants this man at Calvary Pentacostal Church and Windsong Ranch, and it is my prayer that he will one day find his way back to where he belongs. God does great things at that church and many things were revealed to me during my time of worship there. Brother Parker cares deeply and with great compassion, if only I had been a little less defiant and a little more open minded maybe I would still be the wife of a great man of God. In closing I will say that there really is "No Such Thing As A Lost Cause" and there is only one God, our Lord and Saviour whom we call Jesus Christ. May the blessing pour down abundantly on Windsong Ranch and may Revival come to Calvary Pentacostal Church. I no longer believe that addiction is a disease, I now know that addiction is a demon that can be put to death thru the healing power or Christ. J.Stansbury
