"I live down the road n I was the on who rode the four wheeler down there no one else even had one there and as for the trail or that burnt down suposly its still standing n only the end bedroom was damaged but fire" Wow, what an eyewitless report. It's safe to say the ones shooting off rockets were nowhere near rocket scientists.

What I was thinking was these three were in the running for the stupidest people alive. Then I read the comments and saw that Ashleynicole had far surpassed them in that contest.

the award for best comment goes to ashleynicole at 11:42pm. What the wha? It says so much while at the same time being mostly incomprehensible. That takes talent.

@ashleynicole--Glad you think it was no big deal. I am sure the neighbors who no longer have a house think it's a riot. Intentional or not, they broke the law. Unfortunately, in this day and age, I doubt the three stooges will see any serious jail time if they agree to restitution.

"It was an accident"? Come on Ashley, seriously? Your three friends added the word "intent" to this when their dumbasses decided to not obey the burn ban. Therefore, it WAS intentional. These three idiots should be made to repay every penny of damage, after they get out of jail. But, our justice system will make sure they dont do either and they will make sure the victim gets screwed. So Ashley, go tell your friends that I think they are complete morons and should have their asses beat.

Shame on them! Supposedly adults, who should KNOW better! That poor woman, an elderly woman at that. I can't imagine how terrified she must have been. We have laws & rules in place for a reason, and that is NOT "to be broken". Thank you to the quick response & action of those firemen! Because of them, they kept it from being any worse than it already was! They, too, were put in harm's way because of these 3 thoughtless people. They had to battle the heat of the fire in the heat of the day. And to think, these guys (a lot of them) are VOLUNTEERS! Not to sound awful, but who was that guy from the sheriff's office?!? Did he have something in his eyes? Or was he nervous? I guess the regular spokesman was busy with other channels. The other people Fox 16 interviewed sounded & appeared very intelligent & articulate. I digress, it's just that some thing's catch my attention, in a bad way! I truly hope the home owner has a good support system & gets the help she needs, and the offenders get the punishment they deserve!

I believe charlie is right, the IQ of all three is still less than my Beagle's, from the looks of ashleynicole's grammar ans spelling, she should have finished the 8th grade too.

Ashley- Regardless if it was an accident, they were still messing around during a burn ban. They still damaged property during a burn ban. They still intentionally set out, and lit, fireworks during a burn ban. They could have easily started the next forest fire because of their arrogance. Their intentions were clear during this. They chose to ignore the safety of everyone around them for their own amusement. They were negligent. They knew what the consequences were, and still chose to do it anyways. I suppose you feel it's okay to justify their actions by downplaying the extent of the damage as "only" this or that as well. In your comment it was "only" a barn, "only" the end bedroom. Would you have written that if it was "only" 10, 20, 100 houses that had burned instead? I do not feel sorry for them at all, period. Also, before you call people names, make sure you can spell it. Phony... it's simple. There, I did it for you.
