Sheriff’s Office: “Youth Advocate Program” employee arrested on rape charges

An investigation into an “inappropriate relationship” between an employee of the Youth Advocate Program in Jefferson County and a boy assigned to him has resulted in charges, according to the sheriff’s office.
PINE BLUFF, AR – An investigation into an “inappropriate relationship” between an employee of the Youth Advocate Program in Jefferson County and a boy assigned to him has resulted in charges, according to the sheriff’s office.

Chilton Oryan Blunt, 21 of Pine Bluff, is charged with 3 counts of rape. The sheriff’s office says that Blunt admitted to his guilt after being read his Miranda rights.

The Youth Advocate Program is run by the Sixth Division Circuit Court in Jefferson County.

Blunt is in the Jefferson County jail. Bond has not yet been set.
