Sickness causes 137 students to miss time at LRSD school

LITTLE ROCK, AR – The Arkansas Department of Health and the Little Rock School District are investigating why more than a hundred students at Pulaski Heights Middle School came down with a stomach illness.

LRSD spokesperson Pamela Smith says the parents of 82 students said their children would not be in Friday, while another 55 left school early complaining of stomach problems.
