Sin City vote set for Tuesday

Tuesday, Little Rock city directors decided to move forward with a plan to demolish four abandoned apartment buildings in southwest Little Rock known as Sin City. They placed the vote on the April 3 board meeting agenda.

I would not live In SWLR if it was free my Sissy lived in Eagle Hill paying rent,lights,and water I told her she should move because If you paying and the other half of the apt is not due to Section 8 you need to pack up and leave go where peple have value and respect others it was loud and people up all day and night with no worries and a bunch of kids whenever or If we ever get Section 8 we deserve it Southwest is no option its Ghetto been every since people started the movement of it being cheaper to live for you know who with that being said I do not see any of those run down buildings or boarded up buildings in Chenal or WLR anywhere so why have them still in the hood like its cute that should tell you alot about the community trashy and ghetto who careless they should hurry up and let it fall down and let me not talk about the poor public schools ijs they need work also with free birth control pills and condoms don't need anymore BeBe's kids in this World:)$LNO$

I typically oppose any unnecessary spending of tax payer money, but sounds like demoing this place would be a good investment. I know the criminals will simply relocate, but maybe it will slow them down for a little while.

I remember when this complex was built, it was a nice neighborhood back then. Most the crime in SWLR started from there in the 70's and spread out thru the 09 zip code. Sad to see the way it is now.

It is about time for a little Urban Renewal in the SWLR Ghetto, Bulldoze Heritage House along with it.

That's my hood i grew up there now its been demolish wow! We moved there when i was three years old now i'm 36 i moved from there when i was 18 many memories.
