Six arrested on meth related charges

Six people have been arrested on charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
LITTLE ROCK, AR – Six people have been arrested on charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

According to Christopher R. Thyer, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas, 27-year-old Jorge Rojas Olivera, 50-year-old Steve Marroquin, 23-year-old Jose A. Villareal, 46-year-old Maynor Efren Bravo-Fuentes, 32-year-old Juana Patricia Bamac-Perez, and 25-year-old Eddy Boche were arrested Monday morning around 6:00 a.m. on a federal complaint for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. All were arrested in Batesville except for Boche who was arrested in Berryville. All had an initial appearance at 2:00 p.m. Monday before United States Magistrate Judge Jerome T. Kearney.

Police say Rojas-Olivera is charged with possession with intent to deliver 50 grams or more of a methamphetamine mixture, Villareal is charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver 50 grams or more of a methamphetamine mixture, Bravo-Fuentes is charged with possession with intent deliver 50 grams or more of a methamphetamine mixture, Boche is charged with possession with intent to deliver 500 grams or more of a meth mixture along with conspiracy to possess and distribute 500 grams or more of a meth mixture, Bamac-Perez is charged with possession with intent to deliver a meth mixture and conspiracy to possess and distribute 50 grams or more of a meth mixture, and Marroquin is charged with possession with intent to deliver a meth mixture.

In addition to the arrests, four search warrants were issued for three addresses in
Batesville, Arkansas and one address in Bradford, Arkansas.

The investigation is on-going.
