Students participate in the State Spelling Bee

LITTLE ROCK, AR - Students from across Arkansas took part in the state Spelling Bee Saturday.

Kids in 2nd through 8th grade competed for the title, plus an all expense paid trip to the National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C., which will be held in May.

1st place: Trevor Paulsen from Poinsett County
2nd place: Diego Reyes from Garland County
3rd place: Mikail Halder from Benton County
