Suspect arrested in Little Rock police chase

A suspect accused of leading police on a high speed chase while throwing money out of his vehicle has been arrested.
LITTLE ROCK, AR – A suspect accused of leading police on a high speed chase while throwing money out of his vehicle has been arrested.

According to reports, police were called to Chenal and Bowman around 2:30 pm Saturday afternoon in regards to a man driving erratically and throwing money out of the window of his car. Police were able to apprehend the suspect, later identified as 49-year-old Robert Taylor. Taylor was taken into custody and positively identified as the suspect in an earlier car theft case. He was charged with aggravated robbery and theft of property.

Police recovered some of the money in the car, and are currently trying to figure out where it came from.

The investigation is ongoing.
