Amy was a good friend of mine. i keep asking myself and others around me WHY was he released from jail?????? Sounds like to me maybe the law didnt want to deal with him on.the inside so would rather his insanity be outside putting Amy, Sandy, her children, and others life in danger! THAT is not okay! I thank God the children are safe. R.I.P Amy & Sandy. As for this murderer Hux Lord forgive me but i smile on your behalf bc Justice was served! Hate to see the children live without their mother but glad to know that she is now resting in peace

Another thing, why couldn't Louisiana transfer him to the custody of AR police after he threatened his ex-wife? They simply said that they could not arrest him because he was in jail? Come ON! Can't you pick up a phone and contact a fellow law enforcement officer in another state and make arrangements for the terroristic threatening charge to be dealth with? Oh, yeah, I forgot...the cops are too busy dealing with pot-heads!

The prosecutors are pressured to offer plea deals because the jails are so crowded with drug offenders! He got three months for raping a woman, because he was allowed to plead to misdemeanor solicitation! When will the insanity stop? Stop the so-called War on Drugs!

He sounds just like me ex. He too had a sexual assault charge but was acquited. He left voicemails and text messages stating he was waiting for me to DIE DIE DIE! That my truck flips over, kills me on impact, and that cancer kills me or some other slow death. He then said he hoped they shoot me in the face. I went to the Prosecutor's Office and the law clerk asked "who is they?" and because I did not know who "they" were, he said they couldn't file charges. I was however, given a 6mth Order of Protection. Since then two other women have also filed OofP against him both for threatening to kill them and actually assaulted one and threatened with a knife. He was again acquited of another felony charge. Judges and Prosecutor's, can you please stand behind us and the police and stop letting these people go? Only for this to later happen?

Would the threats in writing from prison not have gotten him more time in prison. I know that is aganist the law. Why did the police not do something to help this poor woman. If a person especialy someone with his back ground makes threats like that they should always be taken seriously. And if they don't mean what they say they better keep their mouth shout. Some one realy messed up on this one.
