LITTLE ROCK, AR – Little Rock Police identified the man they believe is responsible for Sunday’s shooting death of Eddie Larkin.

Anthony Donnell Toombs, 37, is wanted for first degree murder. He is described as 5’9” tall and 215 lbs. Police say he may be in a 1990’s grey Dodge Ram truck, possibly with a red stripe. His last know address is 2122 Bragg Street in Little Rock.

Police say Toombs may be armed with a revolver and a rifle. According to police, Toombs knows he is wanted on murder charges but has indicated to police that he will not go to jail.

Toombs usually frequents the midtown area of Little Rock around the area of 13th and Woodrow and Booker Streets, according to police. He is to be considered armed and dangerous.

Eddie Larkin, 42, was shot and killed the morning of August 18th at 1624 S. Brown Street.
