CABOT, AR -- A Taekwondo instructor accused of sexually assaulting a young male student will stay in jail after a judge ruled he can not bond out.

William Cossey, owner of the Emerald Dragon Studio in Cabot, went before a judge on Friday.

Last week a store clerk in Lonoke County called authorities saying Cossey came into the store kissing and touching a young boy.

Police arrested him after watching  the surveillance video from the store.

At the time, Cossey was out on bond awaiting trial for another similar incident that happened last year.

He's due back in court next month.
