What size bond did he get anyway? He's alreeady out??? Guess lesser crimes get higher bail. People who are proven to be truely mentally ill and mentally disabled don't get a break in this state. I'm talking about non-violent crimes. The tax-payer costs for these people would be less than half the cost of putting them in prison. Ar. gets an F for how we treat these poor people. If given the right mental care and other programs they can beccome tax-payers too. But a perv, rapists, murderers get less time and torture these people in our prisons. Channel 16 did a report last november 15th 2011. We need to keep our prisons for the scum and mental health hospitals for those who need them. FACT it is cheaper to do that than keep them in prisons. Put our tax $'s were they should be. Got enough prisons and get out of the dark ages in mental health care.

He said the stepfather grabbed the barrel of the gun before it went off. So aparently the young man was holding the gun when he grabbed it. Could be he was telling him to leave and the stepfather refused and grabbed the gun. Accidents do happen sometimes. I hate to see families tore apart like this. Too bad they didn't get along better than they did.

If found guilty, to the needle table he should go. But not in Arkansas, our state doesnt do that. They just like to feed and house them for life and give them free dental and medical needs. Sounds good to be a criminal doesnt it?
