TEXARKANA, Ark. (AP) — A Texarkana man faces multiple felony charges after he allegedly shot out the windows of a credit union repeatedly with a pellet gun and slingshot.

Court records allege that 40-year-old Christopher Edwards was angry with Milway Credit Union in Texarkana because the company took back money that had been incorrectly credited in Edwards' account.

According to the Texarkana Gazette, the bank reported damage to its windows in June, August, September and four times in October.

Court records say Edwards was arrested after officers allegedly saw him using a slingshot to hurl a round of ammunition at the building.

Edwards was charged with seven counts of terroristic acts and one count of criminal mischief. He pleaded not guilty Tuesday and is due in court Feb. 19 for a pretrial hearing.
