TEXARKANA, Ark. (AP) — Authorities in Texarkana are searching for two people who broke into an animal shelter and stole two dogs.
Police say the two men broke into the Animal Care and Adoption Center on Friday and stole a pair of blue pit bulls. Police say their images were caught on surveillance cameras inside the shelter.
Detective Tom Briggs tells the Texarkana Gazette that one man has his hair braided in the front with a ponytail in the back while the second man had bushy hair and wore a white baseball cap.
Anyone with information is asked to call Texarkana police.
