LITTLE ROCK, AR-- The "Thunder Over the Rock" air show is back and it is keeping a lot of eyes looking to the skies.

Saturday, thousands came out to see our military perform and their maneuvers are inspiring future airmen.

"I'd like to jump out of planes beause I think it would be fun," said Pierce Wargi.

Some people had their own favorites.

"I like the airplane with the smoke coming out," said Cayli Thomas.

Planners say the event is a time to bring families together and for friends to enjoy one another.

"We enjoy seeing all the aircraft. We like to come out and see what our military is able to do," said parent Daryl Thomas.

This event was a lot of fun. The weather was perfect with the cool breeze. I loved all of it. The last time I was at an airshow or saw the blue Angels fly was when I was a teen. Thank you LRAFB for putting together a fun filled and exciting event. To all that go on today, put your sunscreen on!!!! I was a dumby and got seriously burned!!!! I didn't think about it because the weather was great..."hello Mcfly, when the sun shines, it will burn." LOL
