Leave it to an attorney with the IQ of a jackass to come up with some lame crap such as this. Attorney's pure ignorance costs this country millions of wated money every year.

Maybe the juror should have been tweeting. Of course, the defendant shouldn't have been killing either.

This death row inmate had another persons life in his hand and chose to kill. The juror should not have been tweeting but, that don't change the fact that he killed a teenager. No excuse ! Let the guilty verdict stand !

The man may be guilty. But the judge should have thrown both of them out. These people have someones life in their hands. And if they are not responsible enough to take it serious. They do not need to be there. The judge should be very strict on the jurry. And hold yhem to rules. Rules were mdae for a reason. You could very well have a innocent person life in your hands.

I know that if I was on trial, I'd want the jury to be paying attention. Idiot should be made to pay the costs of the wasted trial.
