SEARCY, AR - White County deputies arrested a man during a traffic stop after they say they found 52 grams of methamphetamine in the form of Ice in his car.

Deputies say they also found a 9mm semi-automatic pistol in the car driven by 51-year-old Tim Snelson after a drug-sniffing dog alerted them to the presence of drugs.

Snelson was taken to the White County Detention Center and held on a $75,000 bond.

Not all who are found with drugs use them much. I knew a man who had been in prison several times for possession of drugs. He said he got more thrill out of transporting the drugs and seeing if he could get away with it than he did out of actually using the drugs.
