Trial underway for owner of alleged puppy mill

She wasn't found not guilty on the felonies because they were merged into the other twelve misdemeanor counts. So, she was in the end found guilty of 6 misdemeanor counts of cruelty to animals and was found not guilty of 6. The jurors never had the option to find her guilty of the felonies since they were merged. So, she was not proven innocent and those dogs did have several issues that they would have never had, had they been properly taken care of.

no felony charges....not guilty on all of them. I got my dog from pam very good woman. I just love it when the justice system works and proves innocence. The media just turned this into a witch hint without knowing the facts of the situation.... not guilty.......

After the lawyers have thrown all of the confusing things into the case,the judge is going to make a ruling that will not hurt his popularity.So it's not what's right or wrong but.....
