I know two of those guys! Wesley Clary is pure evil! He is a rapeist and a hardcore meth JUNKIE!! I am certain that any money they made off of this went into the spoon then the needle and then straight into their arms. Only turning them more evil! When my kids and I saw this on the news we were so happy because now we can sleep in peace and not have to worry about his threats toward us of being burned alive in our home! Meth addiction is a terrible problem on our streets and as long as they keep pushin it no one is safe or anything we own for that matter! Keep on snitchin on the rest of them guys! after all they said to be expecting more arrests for this case! Snitches die in ditchs. But maybe in this case in PRISON!!!!! Good BYE WES!!!! U want be missed at all!!!

Not casting aspersions here, but an enterprising junk yard dealer could do pretty good paying less-than-market for copper known to be illegitimate. when they move it to the recycler, they get full price... so probably not a bad profit for what is usually low risk to them. (Honest officer, it looked ok to me...)

I wasnt running anyone down, but if you think all scrap yards are on the level, maybe thats ignorance showing itself.

Theft of metal is one of the biggest problems on the railroad these days. It costs us consumers millions if not billions. Fortunately the railroads have certified police officers who do a great job catching these people. In fact all of the railroad police I have dealt with are some of the finest most professional law enforcement officers I have met. Good job to the Officer(s) who caught these people.

I wonder if always running someone down is the effect of wanting to feel more important than one is. Super inflated ego, self worship or what. Mostly ignorance.

My apologies to the kingpin of crime. I did not know that every scrap yard obeys the law to perfection. How dare I think that maybe there could be the remote possibility of even one scrap yard that doesnt obey the law. What was I thinking?
