LITTLE ROCK, AR – Two brothers, living together in Alma, were arrested Tuesday on child pornography charges.

Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel says 45-year-old Wendel Smith is charged with 20 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing sexually explicit conduct involving a child. His brother, 48-year-old William Smith, is charged with 5 counts of the same.

Investigation into the brothers began last September, with agents seizing two computers and “electronic evidence” from their home at 227 Orick Road in October.

Both are being held in the Crawford County Jail.

randalbean, you are an idiot, sorry but you are. NO one sent porn to their computer or tried to set them up! Really?! An anti-porn law, especially child porn is not unconstituational- it's protecting our children from freaks!

Cops have all of the power to send porn to someone's computer or to confiscate the computer and later claim it contained porn. In this way an anti-porn law - which, like it or not, is unconstitutional - is dangerous for every citizen.

I agree with you both...there is not much rehabilitation for these 2 indiviuals. Look at the pattern here, their brothers and I bet 100% these two were raised in an abusive home. Its the unfortunate circle of an abusive lifestyle. This 2 men need to be in jail or put to death...simple fix and no one else stands a chance of being abused by them.

They both, as well as all the other sickos that deal in child porn, should be relieved of their duties as a living, breathing object. There is no use for them in the world and there is no rehabilitation for them. Like a rabid dog, put them down.

I just wish they would keep these two pervs behind bars instead of allowing for a plea bargain and probation
