Two die in separate accidents

LITTLE ROCK, AR – Two people lost their lives in separate Arkansas accidents Saturday. The two crashes happened in the northwest and southwest corners of the State.

68 year old Ken Cash of Rogers died when his 1994 Harley Davidson motorcycle left the road and hit a ditch on North Jackson Highway in Washington County. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene in northwest Arkansas.

27 year old Tarika Hurd of Texarkana, Arkansas, died when according to investigators another vehicle crossed the centerline colliding with her westbound vehicle on Highway 82 east of Texarkana. Four other people were taken to the hospital as a result of the southwest Arkansas crash but the extent of their injuries is not available.
