The majority of fans are excited Wilson will wear Razorback Red for one more year.
Others say, if given the opportunity, they would have taken the chances in the NFL draft.

Kevin Scanlon was a quarterback for the Arkansas Hogs back in 1979. He believes Wilson made the right decision. Scanlon says Wilson can gain more experience, earn a college degree, and continue to receive support from die-hard fans.

Scanlon and another former Razorback player Anthony Lucas believes Wilson and the team have a good chance of leading Arkansas to a national championship.

Lucas says Wilson is an awesome player with great potential but admits the biggest disadvantage for finishing his senior year could be the risk of injury.

But everyone agrees if Tyler Wilson keeps continues his standout performances he will only add to his winning resume and the pros love that.

i would take my chances with the draft. if he played one contract term he could retire a young man if he wanted to. and wouldnt need college, although you never get to much edekation. i see plenty of college grads that cant make an intelligent sentence that play football basketball and other sports, which doesnt speak well for the college, but they dont seem to care as long as the student plays sports, which is number one priority. and you know, know what i mean, and you know, and you know, and we is, etc.

Obtaining your college degree should ways the foremost on a players mind. Making the pros and staying there is not guaranteed. A single injury and your career is over. With your degree many more options are available to you. They always say you can go back and finish your degree, but have many have done that. He has done the best thing in returning and getting his degree.
