The president of the University of Central Arkansas apologized repeatedly Thursday to trustees who were angry that they weren't told a company's offer to renovate his home came with the condition that its food services contract be renewed for seven years.

It seems as if the UCA President needs to be put under a microscope! Maybe he needs the board looking into his dealings a little bit harder, or even the STATE AUDITOR!

The reporter was wrong! This is not a business deal, this is called a bribe! Hasn't this reporter taken a class on business ethics, how about basic morals? You probably call yourself a christian too. Get it right and speak the truth! The reporter obviously doesn't know a bribe when she hears one. It was good that the el Presidente came clean at the board meeting. This guy probably doesn't give a crap about the students he oversees other than getting his own palms greased for his own personal advancement. Thats what happens to people in power, their easily corrupted! Use your own fiat currency to fix up your OWN house Mr. President! It make me wonder how many other shady dealings your involved in.

Well the UCA president shouldn't be accepting gifts! I'm sure the president is getting well paid in his bureaucratic position. Just like the last UCA president who was crooked as a $3 bill! Why don't the college's give the students a gift! Hiking up your tuition is like adding insult to injury in a deepening recession thats probably a depression! Do these college official clowns really think they're doing the students a favor? You guys are killing students by sinking them deeply in student loan debt amidst an economic crisis, with interest! Most of the students are getting degrees in worthlessness where jobs are already tough to come by. Then these colleges are all reporting that their enrollments are going up, they keep going up! Like thats a good thing! Yeah it's because the economy stinks and people are coming back to get more education. Many of these kids are getting suckered into higher education that is not going to help them. You clowns in charge of these 4 year universities should be ashamed of yourselves!
