UPDATE: 2,000+ acres burned in Drew County fire

A wildfire has burned over 2,000 acres in southwestern Drew County and is not contained, according to the Arkansas Forestry Commission.

our state leaders picked a heck of a year to cut firefighters, I guess Beebe will put that money in the medicaid program also. You would think our law makers would put public safety ahead of food stamps but that might cost them a vote.
