HOT SPRINGS, AR - Police have arrested three people in connection to a shooting on Estelle St in Hot Springs that left one man dead and another wounded.

Police found 28-year-old Randy Shinkle dead in his car early Sunday morning and a passenger in the vehicle, Juan Santiago, witha non-life threatening gunshot wound.

Jacorei Thornton, 25, and Kenyon Taylor, 21, have been arrested and charged with murder and attempted murder for the shooting. Police also arrested 34-year-old Edna August for hindering apprehension.

All suspects are being held at the Garland County Detention Center with no bond.

Maybe they will not execute which would be the kind thing to do for them. They will probably get life. That means just that. Letters instead of numbers in This state means your their till carried out feet first. Inmates here call it life on life. Now the tax payers can meet the every need for 50 years or so.
