That is completely irrelevant to this story. It really is and you know it. That has nothing to do with why he ran from the police. Go elsewhere with that BS

Ok first of all this is my EX HUSBAND and he deserves everything that he is going through. This is not his first crime and as far as being there for our daughters surgery? He hasn't been there for me n BOTH oF OUR kids for 7 years. I could go on and on with this but I'm not going to. He ran like an idiot, he needs to serve his time. He still has other counties he has to face lol. What a joke. I will say this though, he is not on meth. Pain pills? Probably so.

"Lapses in Judgement"? Is that the same as pleading insanity?

No justifying anything....you missed the point "ITSJUSTME"....Yes, you do the crime. you do the time! But people dont deserve to be called Meth heads when they arent and most importantly just because some lapses in judgement lands some people in jail, they still deserve to be treated humanly....just saying!

Notperfect78, try to justify him all you want. The truth is this. If he hadnt broken the law, he wouldnt be in jail in the first place and he could have been there for his daughter's surgery.

BTW.....He wasnt found by the police as this article suggested! He was found by his family and driven to meet the police to turn himself in. Just to note as well that the article stated he was unarmed and and not considered a danger yet the COP they call Monkey Man acted like and Ape on Meth himself.Probably 10 police were there and he was pushing, pulling and yanking around this man that already has a known brain abnormality! But then what else is new, the time before when they had this man(50,000 bond mind you) they were aware he was epileptic (only gave him 3 out of the 9 doses of seizure meds he should have had)yet placed him on a top bunk and allowed him to seize and fall off, injure himself then call his parent in a panic telling them to hurry up and come get him and take him to the hospital for a head CT because the Dr they took him to said it needed done immediately because his pupils where not reacting correctly and he was vomiting and dizzy.I thought they were suppose to take care of them if they booked em, not call family when they screwed up. Sheriff Burnett really needs to find his own voice and take his employees that are running a muck to task and clean up his department!

There was no meth calling just a justice system that consist of one brother who is the prosecutor and the other the judge. Delivering what is fake justice. I wont even get started on the public pretender. This was a man with medical problems of his own who was being locked up(because the legal system is satisfied with half truths) and all he could think was that as a single parent of a child about to have surgery as well that he wanted to hug her and explain why daddy couldnt be there for her surgery as he promised. EVERYONE makes mistakes in life, get the facts before you judge!!!!!!!
