Can't declare the district unitary. Might stop the flow of that handout the state is paying.

Been going on for 30 years? And here I thought Brown vs. The Board and busing stopped all this nonsense. In plain English; why aren't the schools desegregated by now? Are the judges that keep this alive also making money? Just curious.

THE MONEY THESE LAWYERS HAVE MADE OFF THIS CASE IS OBSCENE. INTEGRATION WOULD HAVE WORKED IF THE DISCIPLINE HAD BEEN THE SAME AFTER AS IT WAS BEFORE...THAT IS MAINLY WHY PRIVATE SCHOOLS SPRUNG UP...NO DISCIPLINE AND THE BEHAVIOR WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND THE TEACHERS WOULD NOT DISCIPLINE THE BLACK KIDS FOR FEAR OF THEIR JOBS......TEACHERS WHO WENT TO THE FORMERLY PREDOMINANTLY BLACK SCHOOL WERE SAID TO BE GETTING "COMBAT" PAY. HELLL FIRE, NO ONE WANTS TO TELL IT LIKE IT IS. NOW THERE AREN'T ENOUGH WHITE CHILDREN IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO CALL THEM INTEGRATED....STOP THE MONEY FLOW.
