First the Chief has over 30 years of law enforcement and is a Certified Instructor. He has to work with what the City will give him. By law, an officer has one year to attend the academy once he or she is hired by the agency. Wait until the facts are in and then you can speak out for or against.

Not only was an innocent man killed, but a cross was put up in memory of him at the location where he was killed & it was stolen just hours after it was put up. This is sick!! Does anyone have any info on who could have stolen it. If so please post it on facebook!!!!

Some people need to stop judging until all the facts are known. Having the IQ of a pickle does not qualify you to pass judgement.

@ Dude..you heard right. The chief put this person out on the street with 0 training except for a 5 week class that HE put on. I would love to see proof that he's a CERTFIED instructor.

Ok, so let's get this straigh. She had NO official certified training OTHER than a 5 week class taught by the "chief" who, from what I hear is NOT a certified instructor. She wasn't listed in AR minimum standards, a requirement for officers and was out patroling and arresting people with no supervision and not having been to the police academy. Now, isn't that the equivalent of tossing somebody the keys to a patrol car, handing them a gun and a badge and saying "Here! Go play cops and robbers!" *SMH*...I wonder if anybody was aware that this was the same "chief" that loaded up everything in the evidence room and took it to his HOME and placed it in his personal safe. Anybody in Alexander that had a case in court at that time might want to give the prosecutor's office a call and let THEM know he did that. Might be considered tainted evidence. No telling what he lost or tampered with. Also, this is the SECOND time he's let somebody patrol that has no certification or training. How many more people are going to get hurt because this man with SUPPOSEDLY 30 years in law enforcement keeps letting unqualified officers run around with guns and badges? They need to do us all a favor and shut this place down.

There's something that doesn't sound right about this story. I know someone that lives in Alexander that says she's very cocky....

I don't believe her story not one bit! I know someone personally that lives in Alexander that says she very cocky and seems like she's very scary to be a police oficer.
