Update: Pine Bluff police say Leroy White, III turned himself in to detectives on Friday. White is in jail on $250,000 bond, charged with attempted capital murder and felon in possession of a firearm.

PINE BLUFF, AR – Pine Bluff police have identified the suspect and victim in Thursday afternoon’s shooting.

Police are looking for 26-year-old Leroy White, III. Police say White is suspected of shooting 23-year-old Spencer Walker. Police were dispatched to the 2500 block of West 34th Ave at 2:18pm where they found Walker shot. He was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of White is asked to call the Pine Bluff Police Detective Division at 870-730-2090. To text a tip to the PBPD, just text "PBPD plus your message" to 274637.

Hahahahaha!!!!! Look at the headline it says the victim turns himself in. I would've thought Leroy was the suspect after reading the story.

Ok blackandproud, you think the national guard having troops on the ground to curtail crime (martial law) is a good idea? You are the idiot!! That's why it's call it crime bluff, I do agree with the quarantine idea though. I wouldn't go there for anything ever so to me it is a quarantine zone! Dr. Leroy would only be able to practice in Pine Bluff. Get some more male role models in your neighborhood (daddies) preferred and I bet this crime epidemic would minimize itself.

Congratulations!!! what is your name? it must be synonymous with IDIOT...lol pine bluff needs federal help, the national guard or something it is crime ridden full of drugs and trash (black and white trash!)(police and fire department trash) from the top down to the bottom pine bluff needs to be re-evaluated and re-invented or quarantined!

Leroy? You name your kid Leroy and expect him to be a cardiologist, not a career criminal. After all his name wasn't Kevin or Jacob, those are trouble maker names there. Viva Laquiesha!!!
