UPDATE: Suspect arrested in College Station shooting

PULASKI COUNTY, AR – Pulaski County deputies arrested a man late Monday afternoon in connection with a shooting that happened earlier in the day at College Station.

The shooting happened near the intersection of 38th and West Line Rd, about a 1/2 mile south of Clinton National Airport. According to the incident report, 38-year-old Carlos Hall was shot multiple times in the torso.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says Hall is at UAMS in critical condition.

Arrested in connection to the shooting is 26-year-old Eric Sanders. Sanders is charged with 1st degree battery.

This is the second shooting in the last week at that location. Last Tuesday, a man was shot in the leg.

What do you expect with a Sheriff that goes by the name of "DOC" Holladay? Pulaski and Saline County are trying to stay neck and neck in the crime scene race.
