Isn't Dr. Guess the same guy who took over knowing Tim Clark and the other two bears put the district the money situation, then awarded the pay and benefits contracts just least year?

Forget the negotiations. Let the district stay in the red. The state can then consolidate the whole blinkin' district. Teachers who think the union leadership is working on their behalf should think hard about whether Ms. Nix will help them find new teaching jobs after PCSSD is dissolved.

Cut incompetent teachers, staff members and those who have retired and come back to leach on the system while providing no benefit to the education of the children. There are to many teachers and staff members who can't function at a level equal to the position they hold, whether it be by choice or incompetence. There are no evaluations! Look into the decision making by the district office. It all starts there. Stop making the children suffer!

nice negotiating tactic: you need to cut 7 million dollars - we agree to not take a pay raise, and not give up any benefits. How does that help CUT anything?

Looking into the $200k salary plus a car and housing for the superintendent would be a good place to start..
