University of Arkansas approves tuition increases

The University of Arkansas Board of Trustees has approved tuition increases of 3 to 5 percent for its colleges and universities next school year.

I think this is crazy they charge us a technology fee, library fee, athletic fee, and so on.... I don't attend sporting events or use their library. Books change about every semester which some cost more than my rent. Its awful how some schools aren't looking at other alternatives than just student.
