Granting immunity is the lazy way out for he Prosecutor and Police. These need to be stopped. NEVER should any person involved in a Conspiracy and Murder, especially of a public Official, walk away with no jail time. At the least manslaughter and 25 to Life.

WOW got immunity for a previous murder then kills two others? seems like that other case really needs to be investigated again!!
