Update: Jefferson County Teen Dies in Southwest Little Rock Shooting

Police say Jason Foster, 17, of Altheimer, was shot twice outside a home on Bradley Drive, just off Chicot Road.
Update (1:15 p.m.):
LITTLE ROCK, AR - Police have identified a shooting victim who died after an early morning incident.

Police say Jason Foster, 17, of Altheimer (Jefferson County) was shot twice outside a home on Bradley Drive, just off Chicot Road.

He died shortly after arriving at the hospital by ambulance.

Little Rock Police say detectives are following up on leads to develop a suspect and a motive. 

Original report (9:40 a.m.):

LITTLE ROCK, AR - Police are investigating a new homicide case after the death of a victim found with gunshot wounds on the porch of a home.

Officers were called to the southwest side of town shortly after 2:00 this morning to a neighborhood off Chicot Road.

The victim was found outside a home in the 1000 block of Bradley Drive.

The unidentified individual was taken to the hospital where he died less than an hour later.

Police say the victim appeared to have been shot twice.

A witness told officers he saw people arguing in the area before the man was shot. The others involved drove away, the police report said.
