LITTLE ROCK, AR – Sixty-eight-year-old year old Lillian Sisson's home on Chicot Road is now a crime scene.  Her family asked Little Rock police to check on her Tuesday, and that's when officer's discovered her body.

"She was always real friendly, always come over to the fence to talk to me," said Doyle Stogner, a neighbor.

Stogner said Sisson welcomed him into the neighborhood about two years ago.

"She talked to me all the time and I'd go over there and do her yard work a lot," said Stogner.

Police arrested Clarence Cannon on charges he killed Sisson. Officers spent the morning looking for clues at this abandoned car wash nearby.

Neighbors told us that last week, Cannon took Sisson's lawn mower to cut the grass at a pawn shop and left the mower there. Sisson drove by the shop and recognized it.

"The pawn shop people brought her home and brought the lawn mower home to her," said Stogner."

We found clothes around at the car wash. Neighbors said that's where Cannon lived after his wife kicked him out.

"He's listed as homeless so I think they did obtain information that he lived in the area," said Sgt. Cassandra Davis, spokeswoman for the Little Rock Police Department.

Among the other questions still lingering: Where is Sisson's dog? Stogner says she rarely left home without it.

"I know that dog barks. If it's anything around, it would let you know," said Stogner.

Asking for MinPin (and plain old dog) lovers to unite in networking for Lucy MinPin, who disappeared from the home of her 68 year old owner, Lillian Sisson, who was murdered by a vagrant on November 15, 2011. PLEASE SHARE, help bring a sense of peace to Lillian's family, and with prayers, HELP FIND LUCY SISSON! On Tuesday, November 15, 68 year old Lillian Sisson of 11902 Chicot Road in Little Rock, Arkansas was murdered in her home. Lillian's Min Pin, Lucy, has not been seen since. It is unknown whether Lucy was taken or fled in fear. We believe Lucy's Mom would want to make sure she is in safe hands. Lucy has uncropped ears, a docked tail and was slightly overweight at the time of her disappearance. PLEASE NETWORK to all LOST DOG portals, Min Pin Rescues, transporters & coordinators, and Arkansas colleagues and friends (and BEYOND) to give this situation as much visibility as possible. Blanco: Spanish for "white" being that MY orthography dropped the indication of the plural and defined the singular

So much killing and crime where used to be the "country" and peaceful. When all those houses were built off Baseline and down to Mabelvale Pike, it was a HAPPY PLACE where young people bought their first homes and raised their kids....now it is a place you can't even go for fear of being killed for fun. We have far too many WILD ANIMALS LOOSE in Little Rock, AR.......GOD HELP US

Chicot road, I know what's around there, blanco's, and plentiful, most with guns, and a thinking ability to steal and rob, and times murder. These useless people know nothing of responsibility, respect, or the care of anyone but themselves! They would rather live off the street or live off the govt, most have noting to live for, except drugs and whatever they need to live for the next day. With such low inhibitions, why be respectable or have a normal life, its easier for these scums to destroy the lives of hard working, tax paying, normal, everyday people! I see how they treat their offspring when in public, just don't seem to care at all about their kids! They think we are here for them, and we should respect them, to bow down, to give them what they want! Its time to stand and re-unite the stronghold of the American people and show what America was made of!!!
