Original story (2:20 p.m.):
BRYANT, AR - The Bryant Police Department is looking for a trio of suspects after an early morning incident led to a sheriff's deputy shooting at the men.

The incident started shortly after 4:00 when Bryant Police responded to a call about a business burglary at Fence Brokers, located just off Interstate 30.

As officers arrived on the scene, they watched three suspects identified only as black men, drive away in a silver Lincoln Navigator with a Texas license plate. Police say they had been confronted by someone inside the business.

A short time later, the vehicle was spotted by a deputy with the Saline County Sheriff's Office who was sitting at the Alcoa Road overpass.

When he tried to stop the vehicle, the driver kept going to Odessa Drive in Benton where police say the driver rammed the patrol car and shots were fired at the suspect vehicle. Two of the suspects got out and ran away while the driver took off again.

The deputy chased the vehicle to the Sevier Street overpass in Benton where the driver then got out and ran away.

All three suspects were still on the loose at last report.
