Update: U-verse outage resolved for " vast majority of our customers"

AT&T says that most U-verse subscribers across a dozen states, including Arkansas, have had service restored after an outage that started Monday morning.

I've been without internet and cable for 8 days and all they gave me was a 25.00 credit. :(

Glad we have Conway Corp. We were also one of the few cities that didn't lose power during the Christmas Day snowstorm.

I'm not mad because my service is down. Things break, I get it. I'm mad bedside of the complete breakdown in communications. We are customers, and we're have the right to know what is going on.
