Vice Chair of AGFC resigns after arrest

LITTLE ROCK, AR - Governor Beebe has confirmed that Richard Watkins, Vice Chairman of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission has resigned.
Watkins was
arrested January 22 for for public intoxication and disorderly conduct in Lonkoke.
The Vice Chairman position is appointed by the governor so Beebe will choose someone to replace Watkins.
