LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Little Rock police are trying to find the two suspects responsible for Thursday night's double robbery, ending in a police shootout.

The first robbery of an individual happened on Senate Road around 8 p.m. Ten minutes later, the second robbery was reported at Sunshine Food Store on Baseline Road.

Surveillance video shows the two men entering the store, demanding money, and telling employees to get on the ground. At one point, they hit the owner with a gun.

"I fell on the floor," said manager Fadi Qtouf.

The two then left the scene. But witnesses gave police a very good description of the getaway car.

"It's really dangerous. This is the first time in my life I've had this situation," said Qtouf.

The responding officer spotted the car and chased after it, leading to a community on Stanton Road. The suspects fired at the officer and police did shoot back. At least two bullets went through William Davison's home.

"I just sat back and got still when I heard the shots," said Davison.

Thankfully, police say no one was injured. But the crooks got away.

Go back to sheriff Hot Dogs way of doing something has got to give.I bet the store would hire off duty officers put them in a concealed area and shoot and ask questions later.I forgot it's my mind again this would violate their rights as a thug.

What?? This store was robbed of $4,000.00 dollars? They apparently don't visit their bank very often.(if they had one) With that kind of info being broadcast, I wouldn't be surprised if they got hit again in the near future.
