PINE BLUFF, AR -- The Pine Bluff city attorney released findings of an internal review surrounding a recent school pepper spraying incident. School leaders also released surveillance video Friday.

The images show students at Robey Junior High School coughing and gasping for air after the campus resource officer used pepper spray to force them to go to class.

Faith Forney walked right into the mess.

"I just saw the spray go up in the air. Me and other children inhaled the mace," said Forney.

The use of force report identifies the Pine Bluff officer as Anthony Brown. The investigating officer writes Officer Brown did not act according to policy when he used the pepper spray last week. The Chief will now decide what disciplinary action to take against the officer.

Fox 16 also tried to get a response from the school district. But we were told the superintendent was at an off campus meeting and would not be available to speak with us.

Forney does admit since this happened, behavior has been better on campus.

"I just hope it continues to be a good process," said Forney.
