Video voyuerism trial delayed until August

The trial for a former Blytheville reserve police officer accused of video voyeurism has been delayed until August.

Another authority figure breaking the law. I have no sympathy on this jerk and he should be dealt with as a child preditor. Then again our justice system serves us no good when it comes to cases like this. He might have only had a camera and viewed video but what would the next fetish been. Makes me sick!!!!!

I doubt that the case will be thrown out. But it should only be a misdemeanor, anyway, but I suppose the guy has been charged with a felony.

I hope he waived his right to a speedy trial..Otherwise, his lawywer can use that and get the case thrown out..
