Vote delayed on LR zoning ordinance

The Little Rock Board of Directors delayed voting on a zoning ordinance that would impact the downtown Veterans Clinic. Veterans Affairs wants to move it to 10th and Main, but the proposed zoning changes would make it a lot harder for that to happen.

Hell, give the vets guns and I bet they will rid the area of criminals.

a VA clinic should be able to go anywhere it pleases..Downtown is practically all ghetto anyway, what's this about "safety" of the neighborhoods? Like a veteran's clinic is any threat to the thuggers in the ghetto? The liberal progressives in this city's gov't have no sense! No wonder our country is in shambles, it's people like these who are running our country presently! They know absolutely nothing outside of working for the gummit.

Those City Directors who are trying to block the Veterans Clinic should be ashamed of themselves. Those who oppose the Veterans Clinic but favor the Occupy camp should be ran out town on a rail.

I think the General Public needs an ordinance to fire the city directors. What a bunch of scum the directors are. They are just siding with the rich white people that live downtown, by the way, I'm white. I hope the VA crushes them no matter what they vote.

I have read a lot of the city leaders' comments about this ordeal and in my opinion, they are basically turning their noses up at the vets, as if the vets are not good enough for "their neighborhood". Maybe the clinic should look into trying to get out of the lease and saying to hell with the people in that area. Even if things are set up correctly and they are allowed to move in the building, some people will still give them crap about it. I'd tell them to kiss my rosey red American butt and take my business elsewhere.

I am going to have to side with the guys that have provided and protected my freedom on this one. Besides, I have a C-note that says the Feds will get their way over the city.
