Unless there is evidence to PROVE their Guilt.. we must assume they are innocent. They were railroaded. I lived there when this happened and from the coverage of it then to the coverage of it now, they didn't do this. They may be afraid to point the finger but I am not. The step-father did it. even his Ex wife believes that. AND there is evidence to support it. Leave these 3 men alone and let them try and rebuild their lives. Let them work and have families and live their lives the best way they can. they have already had 18years taken from them thanks to Hillbilly justice! and Yes I said hillbilly!! I am from Arkansas and this is one of those moments where I am not exactly proud of it. They can't even admit they were wrong and they are doing NOTHING to fix it. Someone needs to look into Law Enforcement and local government in West Memphis and other po-dunk towns there in Arkansas. It's been that way forever and it will continue to be this way unless changes are made. I am so glad I moved away from Arkansas and out of the south. WAY TO MANY SMALL SIMPLE MINDS!

What happened to the evidence proving someone guilty? They are free because of the lack of evidence against them and evidence suppressed that someone else may have commented the crime. More and more cases are showing prosecutors more concerned with re-election than justice. When did justice become political? If the prosecutor had enough evidence to find them guilt with a jury, why was there no re-trial? The confession was not accurate; the DNA was not proven to be theirs. Why is Governor Beebe not going to use the evidence to determine a pardon? DNA shows someone else. There will be no true investigation, because the justice system does not want to show its incompetence. The justice system is in control and their only concern is covering their injustice, there no incentive to prove some else committed the crime.

It seems to me the stepfather looks guilty his DNA was found at the crime now years later his exwife thinks he did it !!! Good luck to the three men live your life.........

Cratty61 I do agree with you on that one... But the fact is the madia is treating these guys like they are celebertys and I just get sick of hearing about the west memphis three.... I think they probobly are the thuggs that done it but you and me cant change the fact that they turned them loos so there is no sence in treating them like their something someone whants to hear about all of the time. My point is... If they let them go... eather leave them bee or lock em up. They are not news wearthy. Some how some were someone thaught they had served their time.

cmducks you seem to agree with me that they did do the crime. Because you said if they mess up again. But how can you even begin to say they have paid their debt. What is the life of those precious 8 year old boys worth? They showed no mercy at all to them. They was brutal and merciless to them. I dont think they deserve to live...much less be set free.

Who cares? Let these guys live their life in peace.... If they paid their debt than let them bee. Live and let live. Its not news wearthy if they f@&t crossways. Just plaster their face again if they mess up again.
