West Nile death leaves family in shock

"It felt like we had hit the lottery but not for the good," said William Spencer III, and it's not hard to understand why. Less than 50 people in the whole country have died from West Nile virus this year, and only one in Arkansas -- 88-year-old William Spencer Sr.

It is sad that a small skeeter can take out a human life. Prayers for his family and friends. Hey Yankee, whats say we get us a bunch of these West Nile carrying skeeters and release them into the prison system? Maybe something good can come from a deadly insect.
