Why no burn ban in Pulaski County?

The Arch Street Fire Department was back at it again Wednesday, working on a rekindled grass fire that started for the first time Tuesday. That's when it spread to neighboring duplexes and roughly 10 homes were evacuated.

This move was stupid, no matter who is the shot caller. Vegetation is still brown from the winter season, not much rain lately, windy as hell, but lets allow people to burn. Dumbasses.
